For the second time after 2005, Johnny will be participating at the Meinl Drum Festival and will excite his fans with his creative and modern drumming. Unlike anybody else, Johnny has found his own voice on the drums and is a pioneer in transfering electronic Drum'n Bass and Jungle beats into live played music. His drumming is full of creativity and humour which puts a smile on everyone's face. Johnny is active in various bands: With Biodiesel he celebrates live-played Drum'n Bass, he tours all over the country with his industrial project, U.S.S.A.,and still finds time to play with the Japanese top DJ, "MASAking". Johnny is also known as an author and producer of instructional books and DVD's. Being a global clinician and product specialist, Johnny travels the world performing and spreading the word about the art of drumming. For a long time he has also been certified as the world's fastest drummer in the Guiness Book Of Records. We're proud to have him back at the '08 Meinl Drum Festival.
